Working in your own narrative gives you greater sense, authentic sense of yourself.

Most important project of human is try to be authentic. What does it mean to be real, not false.
Idea that you don’t ever arrive at the question of “who am i?” but its continual asking and living that question.

who we are? Where we heading?

Authentic leader know themselves. Person who is creative, can accept death. Part of the human ecology.
Authenticity is a goal that we really seek. Who am I and what am I called to do?
Unique aspect at our birth. We are given gifts that are with us through entire life. While we grow up we get distracted and sometimes lose a “genius” that’s inside.

We would tell stories that we want to hear, stories that we think others would like to hear. What is a purpose of the story, who are we righting it for?
Stories need to be about transformation, life and death cycle. Redemption.

What’s behind autobiographical writing? Social networks like myspace and facebook can be considered as autobiographical storytelling.
